How it works

Five steps from raw content to a live course.

You stay in charge of the subject matter. We handle structure, design, build and the technical packaging.

Week 1

Content audit

Send us what you have. We map it to learning objectives and flag gaps, outdated material and duplication.

Weeks 1 to 2

Learning blueprint

A module outline, assessment plan and visual direction for your sign-off before anything gets built.

Weeks 2 to 4

Design & build

We write, design and develop the modules, presentations and learner materials.

Weeks 4 to 5

Review rounds

Your subject matter experts comment in a shared review link. Two rounds of revisions are included.

Week 6

Package & launch

We test the package inside your LMS, hand over every source file and stay on for launch support.

Questions

Before you reach out.

Still unsure? The free content review is the fastest way to a real answer for your material.

Which LMS platforms do you support?

Any system that accepts SCORM 1.2, SCORM 2004, xAPI or cmi5, which covers nearly every association and nonprofit LMS. We test the final package in your environment before launch.

Do we need to write new content?

No. Most projects start from material you already own: session recordings, guidelines, slide decks and handbooks. We restructure and rewrite it for learning, and your experts approve every word.

Can you help us offer continuing education credit?

We design courses around your accrediting body’s documentation needs, including objectives, seat-time estimates, assessments and completion certificates. Approval decisions stay with your accreditor.

Who owns the finished course?

You do. You receive every source file and package, with no licensing fees and no lock-in.

Do you offer nonprofit pricing?

Yes. Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive a discount on project work. Ask about it during your content review.
